I only accept payment through Paypal. While I don't agree fully with how they operate, until there is a better option for artists it's what I'll use.
If the total price amounts to $15 or lower, a full payment is required.
For total prices greater than $15, you can pay in 50% installments, 50% up front and 50% after finished product(s) have been received.

These terms are to outline expectations and make sure we are all on the same page.
By purchasing from me (sending payment to my paypal https://paypal.me/necrosedx or by sending payment to my ko-fi found at https://ko-fi.com/necrosed) you are agreeing to these terms.1. I have the right to use the Artwork(s) I have created however I see fit.1a. The most I will do with Original Works ( original characters / fan characters ). Will be to repost them onto other Art websites UNLESS the commissioner wishes for the commission to be private.1b. I have the right to sell Fanart if commissioned.
EX: If you commission me to draw [Insert character] character from the anime [Insert name]. I have the right to make the print on my store if I decide to make one in the future. If you have [Insert character] with a Fan Character or Original Character I will not put it up in my store because you own the right to your own characters2. You are allowed to repost Commissions / Gift Art / Art trades As long as my watermark/signature is showing, with the proper credit and not for a profit.
EX: if you commission me to draw [Insert character] for you, you may not sell that [Insert character] picture for a profit.3. I am allowed to adjust the base price if the drawing subject is more complicated. For example, I may charge more for characters with armor, mechanical parts, or generally very detailed designs.4. Ask me about drawing in different styles. I may make exceptions, but in general you are commissioning me for My style whether it be coloring style or drawing style so I have a right to deny this.5. If you have a deadline you need to meet, please tell me and I will try to accommodate to the best of my ability. I am human, so things may happen that will interfere. I WILL keep you notified of any changes and if I am unable to meet a deadline I will issue half refund if I have already started the drawing and full refund if I have not started the drawing.6. If you wish to order a private Commission; Where you do not want me to post it up anywhere, please tell me. I will be more than accommodating.7. Regarding redraws/revisions. I will check with you during the whole process, usually after each stage of drawing(Sketch, Line, Colour).
a. Due to Problems in the past I will redraw a complete sketch once. ( Let's say you don't like the pose/idea and you want something else in this stage. It is fine but you must say so in the SKETCH PHASE) and 3 minor tweaks before a fee will be sent out for every extra change added.8. Art is considered a ""luxury item"", it is not a right. I have the right to reject any commission for any reason.8a. THINGS I WILL 100% REJECT: Art requested with bigoted intent, Fetish/NSFW art of minors, Loli/shota, Minors in suggestive positions. NO EXCEPTIONS whatsoever.8b. A minor(not adult) is considered anyone under the age of 18, and in the U.S.A under legal code "18 U.S. Code § 1466A", producing/possessing any NSFW/Suggestive content of a identifiable minor is illegal regardless of state laws and jurisdiction.
9. Violation of my personal boundaries by spreading my personal information (Includes but not limited to, full name, address, place of work, medical history) however acquired will result in a blacklist in purchasing from me in the future.TERMS LAST UPDATED: 7/30/2021

I may make exceptions, but in general you are commissioning me for My style whether it be coloring style or drawing style so I have a right to deny this.5. Regarding redraws/revisions. I will check with you after the sketch phase. if you dont like the sketch I will change it up to 3 times, after that i will no longer change the sketch and continue with the drawing.6. YOU ARE RESPOSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ADEQUATE REFERENCES WHETHER IT BE OF THE SUBJECT, AN OUTFIT, ETC. IT MAKES IT ALOT EASIER AND IT MAKES THE PROCESS GO BY QUICKER IF I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING.Other misc. limitiations: I will only draw one subject per request with no intricate backgrounds/scenery.TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE OVERTIME. Violating these terms might also result in me reclaiming the design (Not the character connected to the design) from you.
